Leah Fusco joined Sanderson Firm in March of 2025 as Vice President of Business Development. Leah is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in workers’ compensation, Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance, and finance technology industries.

Prior to joining Sanderson Firm, Leah was Vice President of Program Management at Ametros, where she engaged in all areas of the business to prioritize initiatives, align key stakeholders, and execute goals to rapidly scale the business. 

Leah is passionate about creating top-quality client experience through communication, analyzing needs, and delivering value to build lasting relationships.
