With over 15 years of Accounting and Human Resources experience, Jennifer brought her knowledge to Sanderson Firm in 2022 as the Accounting and Human Resources Director. Jennifer works with our vendors, clients, and internal staff to create accounting and HR efficiencies across our organization. Jennifer is an innovative accounting professional proficient in extracting financial data from various reporting systems along with helping develop system processes and procedures from startup businesses to streamlining and updating them in seasoned companies.

Jennifer is a strong believer in positive reinforcement and encouragement every day to those around her. In her free time, Jennifer loves to spend time with her daughter, friends, and their two furry puppies.
